What type of accommodation can I rent?

Villas and houses are the accommodation that most travelers are interested in. In any case, all types of accommodation should be fully furnished and in good condition in order to be more likely to attract tenants.

If I register my accommodation now, when will I start earning money?

Usually an accommodation is fully booked and ready to be rented within 15 days. In most cases you receive bookings within the first month from the start of our cooperation.

What are the minimum requirements for managing my space?

Milos Property Management currently manages villas and houses located in Milos. Necessary details about the accommodation we manage are: furnished / with air conditioner / hot water / kitchenette / fridge / basic kitchenware (eg casseroles, glasses, dishes, cutlery) / wireless internet / heating / TV / washing machine. Desired: fast wireless internet / disabled access / beach access / satellite TV.

How much will I pay to rent my space?

The tax is calculated based on the type and legal / tax type of accommodation.

How much can I earn from my apartment / villa / house?

Depending on the accommodation and its promotion. Contact us for a specific and detailed offer.

I have already registered my internet facility. Who will manage my registration?

Even if you have registered your property in the past, we undertake all online sales. After reviewing each existing listing, we decide whether we will keep it if we add your accommodation to our own accounts, who have excellent reviews and the best score possible.

How do I get paid?

This depends on the origin of the detention. In most cases, payments are made within 2 business days of the arrival of the visitor. However, there are chances for advance payments after confirmation of the reservation. In any case, we guarantee the payments according to the agreed price of each booking.

Can I rent my residence for a specific period of time or need to be for all year round?

The period you rent your home depends on you. Whether you want to rent it for the summer or for the whole year, this is something we will decide on your needs and preferences accordingly.
